Pick-up arrangements

  • Parent/carers of Pre-K students may enter the Gate 5 driveway from 2:50pm. They are able to park in the car spaces closest to the through road at K block. Prior to 3:10pm, parents may also use the Kiss and Drop bays as 5-minute parking.
  • Parent/carers of K-2 students may start driving up the Gate 5 driveway for car pick-up from 3:15pm. Parents who arrive before this time will be asked to drive through and return to the end of the queue.
  • Parent/carers of Years 3-6 students and K-6 students may start driving up the Gate 5 driveway at 3:25pm.

Further information about the 2026 Term Dates

In addition to the 2026 term dates and public holidays, this calendar outlines some key known events at the time of publication (May 2025). The dates of many other key College events e.g. Musicals, school bands, sporting events, Junior School camps and discos will be determined before the end of 2025 for inclusion in the full RHAC calendar and communicated to the school community as early as possible.

*1 Further information about the K-6 individual student meetings, the orientation programs, what time to arrive on the first day of school, what to bring etc will be communicated by the Heads of Junior and Senior School in early 2026.

*2 Information about the Term 2 parent teacher meetings, including how to book appointments, will be provided to parents during Term 1.
